These are helpful reminders for most authors who are into online marketing. You've basically covered everything. I would just like to add as number 21, online marketing is not only about investing the money on the appropriate tools. But most importantly, to maximize the online tools that are being used (website, e-mailers, directory listings, etc.), and to avail of free resources like social networking sites.

You got this covered. I think the biggest blunder is not acting or implementing #17 followed by #20. I those 2 a lot and I was guilty of it at one point in my online marketing journey. Once you overcome those 2 things half of those blunders will correct itself. I think.

Good morning C, I'll be leaving for Detroit in a few days. These past two years have had my focus a little off, (well, alot off lol) I am going to come back and print out some of the things you sent me and get really organized in my thinking and in my doing. I anticipate a good, "rest of this year" in many ways. Best wishes to you my friend. I notice we are connected to multiple sites. I'm going to take a look at some of the sites I'm on and start really connecting with some of the people on them instead of just being a figure or a presence on them.

Good morning Ms Jackson, the Quiett Storme is doing just fine -smile- I'll be performing in Detroit in August. I do have my CD on itunes and amazon.com. CD baby is handling my digital distribution. There are sooo many Quiet Storms it's getting confusing so I have actually changed my artist name to Psoemetry. I wish I could go back and edit it on the online stores. I'll talk to cd baby about that I guess and see what they say. Take it easy and stay successful.
